The buses accumulated almost a dozen reported accidents over its nearly two decades of existence.
The buses had many breakdowns along its journey and among its many accidents included the death of a passerby. In , the US Department of Transportation the big boys!
Fung Wah operated through charter buses, even re-securing its Manhattan pickup stop until , when it was finally shut down for good. Though officially dead, it was resurrected in the form of an art exhibition called the Fung Wah Biennial.
