Every year, I look forward to the event and brace the crowds that descended onto the local stretch eager to see, photograph, and regrettably touch and climb over the exhibits.
Art inspires me in various ways. This year, as I stepped onto the sands of Tamarama Beach, the collection inspired me with a food theme. I start with an aperitif or glass of wine at the beach bar.
I move on to an amuse-bouche of sun-poached organic egg, freshly laid. Seafood bibs are provided, naturally. And I will definitely pass on the turtle soup. No need to contemplate the Chicken or the Egg scenario.
